Thomas Ellingson is the Chief Operating Officer of Godfrey Dadich Partners, which brings together the best of strategy, design, product, and journalism to build story-driven brands. His passion for brand strategy and design has fueled a 20-plus-year career in the industry. He is an operational leader who believes every brand has an authentic opportunity to be extraordinary and is passionate about helping each do so.
Prior to joining Godfrey Dadich in this role, Ellingson spent five years at Landor, where he was General Manager, West Coast, which included leading the founding studio in San Francisco and the emerging studio in Los Angeles. Under his leadership, the firm doubled the size of its LA team and expanded capabilities to include brand experience. Ellingson oversaw key partnerships for the renowned branding agency, including Intel, Scout Motors, SVB, Riot Games, and many others.
A native of the West Coast, Ellingson was raised in Oregon and attended the Edward R. Murrow School of Communication at Washington State University. He lives in Northern California with his wife, two sons, and two dogs.
